Mama Verena is the kind of cook you never forget.

For those of you who have been lucky enough to meet Verena, you'd know that her heart is big enough for all of us! Her love of food and love of life is infectious. She cooks to make others happy, telling everyone that her secret ingredient is love. Originally from Cartagena, Colombia, Mama Verena has taught hundreds of Colombian cooking enthusiasts the joy of her dishes, from her Deditos de Queso (cheese fingers) to her famous Arepas.
